23:3. ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దేవుడు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు ఆశ్రయదుర్గమగువాడు నాద్వారా మాటలాడుచున్నాడు.మనుష్యులను ఏలు నొకడు పుట్టును అతడు నీతిమంతుడై దేవునియందు భయభక్తులు గలిగి యేలును.
